What on earth makes your heart sing? Is it the smell of coffee in the morning, a loving touch from your partner, or the birds singing springtime is here!

When I allow myself to acknowledge and enjoy what is happening in the moment, it relaxes the pressure of the spinning world we live in. It is being in the eye of the storm, quiet, still, soft, neutral, peace… And if I can carry that stillness through my day; truely my heart is allowed to sing.
