How to stay balanced in times of change
Meditate! You are a spirit in a body. Communicate! Your spirit may know your purpose, but your body has needs. Often we get carried away with much to do, should do, and must do. It really is a lot of doo, doo. Take the time to check in with the body and ask what it needs, what food, how much rest, a hug, a touch, a little amusement or a lot? It’s easier to stay balanced when we are not so serious. When was the last time you laughed till you cried? Lighten up, go within, and connect with the earth.
